🚚 Processing & Dispatch
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation and payment.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS.
📍 Delivery Timeline
- Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Bangalore, etc.): 3–5 business days
- Other Cities / Towns: 4–7 business days
- Remote / Rural Locations: 7–10 business days

💰 Shipping Charges
- Standard shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD), additional charges (if any) will be shown at checkout.
📦 Order Tracking
- After dispatch, you will receive a tracking ID and link (via Shiprocket).
- You can track your order directly on the Shiprocket tracking page or through our website.
📦 Failed Delivery / Reattempts
- If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, the courier will attempt 2–3 redeliveries.
- After repeated failure, the package may be returned to us.
- In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.
🚫 Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship only within India.
- Some pin codes may not be serviceable; you will be notified at checkout if your area is not covered.
