Introduction
We at Kiga Naturals want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, here’s how returns or refunds work.

Eligibility for Return / Refund

  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, with seal intact, within 7 days of delivery.
  • Proof of purchase must accompany request (order number)

Non-returnable / Non-refundable Items

  • Perishable items (if applicable)
  • Items damaged due to misuse
  • Items with missing seals, tags, or not in original condition

How to Request a Return / Refund

  1. Contact us via email (care@thekiga.com) or through support
  2. Provide order number, item details, reason for return
  3. We’ll approve/reject and provide return address or instructions

Refund Processing

  • Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we will notify you
  • If approved, refund will be issued to original payment method (via Razorpay)
  • It may take 8 working days for refund to reflect

Return Shipping

  • Who bears shipping cost (you or us)? You need to specify
  • Shipping address
  • Responsibility of safe transit until received

Exchanges

If you want another product instead, mention it in your return request; we’ll guide you.
